Jason Vance joined the Binswanger Hectare sales team in 2005. He graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Economic Geography in 2005 from the University of Toronto.
In 2005 Jason joined Kevin Brennan and are now the top team in Hectare in all three categories tracked (gross commissions earned, most transactions and highest deal value).
Jason specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties in the West Greater Toronto Area. Jason has worked with a number of large clients including The Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada, GE Canada Real Estate Equity, Dundee Real Estate, and Georgian Properties Corporations to secure quality tenants for their portfolios. Their team has successfully completed in excess of 1000 transactions.
With each completed transaction Jason's knowledge and level of service has increased which translates into a higher level of professionalism delivered to
his clients.
